Project Management for Creative Teams

A workspace for creative teams: projects and tasks, a shared media drive with in-context review, and password-protected share links for clients. I designed and built the entire frontend.

  1. 01Kanban and list views for tasks, with assignees, due dates and per-project boards
  2. 02A full-page task overview with a Notion-style editor: 10+ text formats, media uploads and embeds
  3. 03Role-based access with owner, co-owner and member roles
  4. 04A shared media drive with in-browser review for images, video, audio, PDFs and other files
  5. 05Review comments with drawing, anchored pins, timestamps and file attachments
  6. 06Drops: public short links to chosen files, with passwords, expiry dates and access roles

  4. 04Kanban and table views with drag and drop, priorities, assignees, due dates and tags
  5. 05Zod validation at every trust boundary, rate limiting and prompt-injection guardrails
  6. 06Optimistic updates, autosave and a permissions and injection test suite
