Overview
An internal platform for a solar installation company, built from requirements I gathered directly with the CEO. It runs the whole sales pipeline: quotations, customer onboarding and installation tracking across branches.
Agents fill in detailed quotation forms, the backend validates the data and calculates the system, and the app generates a PDF quotation that is sent to the customer and stored in the cloud.

Admin
Full access, including managing all users, branches and projects.

Branch manager
Oversees the agents in their branch, creates quotations and starts projects.

Agent
Works only on their own projects: creates, manages and finalizes quotations and starts new projects.
Quotation flow

Form completion
Separate Residential and Commercial forms collect everything needed, with validation at each step.

Validate & calculate
The backend verifies the data and returns the system calculation for display.

PDF generation
The backend returns the quotation as a Base64 PDF, which opens in a drawer for review.

Delivery & storage
The final PDF is sent to the customer and saved to cloud storage. Editing the form invalidates it until it is revalidated and regenerated.
