Overview
Intigly is a workspace for creative teams. It brings project and task management, a shared media drive with in-context review, and public share links for clients into one product, in the same space as Frame.io, StreamWork and Air.
I designed and built the entire frontend: the task boards and editor, the media review workspace and its annotation tools, and the sharing and access controls.
Projects & tasks
- 01
Kanban & list views
Switch a project between a Kanban board and a list, and assign, schedule or delete tasks from either view.
- 02
Projects & invites
Tasks belong to projects. Invite people to a project, then assign them to its tasks.
- 03
Role-based access
Projects are gated by role: owner, co-owner and member.
Task overview
- 01
Full-page panel
Clicking a task opens a full overview panel with its title and details.
- 02
Notion-style editor
Right below the title, a block editor with 10+ text formats, media uploads and embedded links.
Media drive & review
- 01
Shared drive
Upload any file to a media library that works like Google Drive.
- 02
Review page
Open a file to review it, with previews for images, video, PDFs and audio, and a fallback for unsupported files.
- 03
Annotated comments
Comment with drawing tools, pins anchored to an exact spot, and timestamps.
- 04
Attachments
Comments can carry files. Click one to preview or download it in a modal.
- 05
Sharing
Invite anyone inside or outside the workspace. Outsiders join the workspace first, then find the file in their shared drive.
Review engine
- 01
Canvas annotations
Freehand drawing and shapes on HTML Canvas, with undo and redo, zoom, pan and precise anchor positions.
- 02
Version comparison
Version history with synchronized side-by-side and slider comparison for images and video.
- 03
PDF viewer
Text selection, anchor-based comments, contextual navigation and persistent document references.
- 04
Smooth at scale
Rendering tuned to stay smooth with large media files and annotation-heavy sessions.
Drops
- 01
Create from the drive
Select files in your drive and create a drop from the header.
- 02
Public short link
Each drop gets a short public link, so clients can see the files without logging in.
- 03
Per-drop settings
Add a password or an expiry date from the drop's details page.
- 04
Access roles
Give each drop viewer, commenter or full access.
